Team Finances through UVA Team Camp

Here is the breakdown of our team costs for the season through mid Jun

4/25 Mar - PVI x 2  $800.00

31 Mar/1 Apr - Fairfax Stars x 2  $850.00

14/15 Apr - Cardinal  $600.00

21/22 Apr - PVI x 2  $600.00

5/6 May - Battle of Balls Bluff $400.00

11/12/13 May - VA Magic x 2 $800.00

2/3 Jun - Fairfax Stars x 2 $850.00

9/10 Jun - UVA Team Camp x 2 $1,050.00

Total Tournament Fees = $5,950.00

Based on 21 Full Time Players, tournament fees come to $383.33

In addition, there are other fees (Fairfax County, nZone gym space, club costs, etc.) which we have charged $100 per player

Total fees for each full time player for all tournaments through Jun 10 are $483.33 (round to $485).

Many of you have already paid $100 + $240 = $340, so you will owe an additional $45 dollars to cover through Jun 10.

-- SUMMER LEAGUE COSTS --

The cost of two teams in the summer league is $1,730 - I think we have 20 players, so the cost for the summer league is $86.50.

I think everyone is planning on playing in the summer league so your final balance will need to include that additional $86.50.

As an FYI, to put this all in perspective, one of the other clubs charges $50 for tryouts (ours was free) and $450 for uniform and ONE tournament. This cost ($450) would have funded all of our activity through June 10 - PLUS we offered practice on virtually EVERY night of the week. If you had taken advantage of at least two nights a week practice plus half the games that we played, your value would be close to $4.50 per hour. I have tried to offer the best and most economical program available.

-- UNIFORMS --

Unfortunately, for the first time, my vendor did not come through for me. As a result, those of you who paid $65 for game uniforms will be refunded that amount. I am not overly happy about this, but sometimes, there's not much we can do.

UVA Team Camp Tournament -- URGENT!! - PLEASE CONFIRM RECEIPT!

If you are going to UVA next week (Jun 9/10), there are some things that I MUST have as soon as possible:

1) A completed Sports Medicine Information Sheet (attached)

2) A signed Release form (attached)

3) A copy (front and back) of each players' insurance card - if you do not have insurance, let me know and UVA will add that player to their insurance.

If you are playing this weekend, please give them to me Saturday or Sunday (I think everyone but Caylan is playing at least one day this weekend)

THIS REQUEST IS URGENT - I have to turn this in next week BEFORE we start. If they do not have this information, THE WILL NOT let players on the court.
