Coventry Games (Jul 15/16/17) and More - URGENT!

Mustangs

Just wanted to remind you that you must confirm your hotel reservations for the Coventry Games by noon on 24 Jun (FRIDAY). As of today, most of you have not done so.

I have already registered the team for the games, so hopefully, most of you plan to participate. This will be a GREAT tournament and is a statewide event so we will really need to be at our strongest to be competitive. However, I believe we have the right team to do well.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE confirm with me by Wednesday night (22 Jun) whether or not you plan to participate in Roanoke - I also need to know whether or not you plan to play on July 9/10 in Baltimore (as a tune up to the games). Note: Roanoke is an overnight trip and Baltimore is not.

Remember, our summer season begins tomorrow night - Schedule for our first three games:

WEDNESDAY 6/22 a 6:15PM at Lake Braddock HS (BE THERE BY 5:45PM) - wear WHITE
TUESDAY 6/28 at 7:30PM at Whitman MS (BE THERE BY 7PM) - wear BLACK
THURSDAY 6/30 at 6:15PM at CHANTILLY HS (BE THERE BY 5:45PM) - wear WHITE

(Don't forget to bring a check for $100 payable to WFBC to cover cost of the summer league as well as the additional two tournaments)

Once again, to secure reservations for Roanoke, call the hotel directly at 540 265 1119 or central reservations at 1 866 230 5435 and stating that you are with the "Western Fairfax Basketball Club - Mustangs" when making the reservation.

They may also make a reservation using the following link:

It is set up for arrival on Friday, July 15 and departure on Sunday, July 17, 2011 (Rates are $99 and includes breakfast). If you only want to stay for one night - you may change the arrival or departure - but the "group code" needs to be left alone as that is what tells the system that they are a part of the team.

Please remember that all reservations should be made by noon on June 24.

Now that school's out, get some shooting in during the day and I'll see you tomorrow night (Wednesday)!

Go Mustangs!
