1) U10 BLACK Practice tonight (Jun 6) at Virginia Run 6:30 - 8:30. I'm not sure about the rest of the week yet - I am working on it and should have something out tonight.
2) URGENT - Please send me conflicts for Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday (Jun 10, 11, & 12) - Hopefully, our conflicts will be minimal.
3) Please let me know about any Mon - Thurs conflicts and vacation plans that you may have for the summer league (begins Jun 21 and runs through Jul 28).
4) Don't forget to confirm your hotel for Roanoke - Here's the information (Residence Inn Roanoke Airport). The group block has been built and you may begin making reservations at any time. It is set up for arrival on Friday, July 15 and departure on Sunday, July 17, 2011 (Rates are $99 and includes breakfast). If you only want to stay for one night - you may change the arrival or departure - but the "group code" needs to be left alone as that is what tells the system that they are a part of the team. Please remember that all reservations should be made by noon on June 24.
