PLEASE let me know as soon as possible if you will not be available for any games - I also may need a few players to stay for a second game IMMEDIATELY following these games - PLEASE let me know if you are able to support a 2nd game.
Finally, I need to collect $100 from each of you to cover the cost of the summer league, the Roanoke tournament, and the tournament on July 9/10.
I may have a practice on Tuesday at Centreville HS if we can get gym space.

It is set up for arrival on Friday, July 15 and departure on Sunday, July 17, 2011 (Rates are $99 and includes breakfast). If you only want to stay for one night - you may change the arrival or departure - but the "group code" needs to be left alone as that is what tells the system that they are a part of the team.
Please remember that all reservations should be made by noon on June 24.
